Sushana Lindo, Benefits Administrator

Sushana is from Kingston, Jamaica, where she attended the University of the West Indies and graduated with a degree in Human Resources. Sushana has been living in Canada since 2010, and attended Humber College to complete a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources.

Sushana worked as a sales consultant in a large call centre while she was attending school. In 2015, Sushana joined G4S, because she wanted to get more experience in the Human Resources field . She started as a temporary HR administrative assistant, and was promoted to a permanent role as Benefits Administrator, where she is responsible for coordinating benefits and pay for salaried employees, as well as dealing with any payroll issues.

Sushana told us, “I like working for G4S, because the work environment is very good. We work as a team and we really help each other when needed. I started as a temp, but within 6 months I have been giving a full time role. I would like to continue growing with the company, and I feel like I am well positioned to take advantage of that opportunity”.
